### The record

Every corporation and LLC doing business in Connecticut registers with the Secretary of the State. This site keeps the active businesses registered since October 1, 2025.

### Status

Active. Older businesses are not on this site. Principals and agents are never shown.

### What is not here

Individuals, and any name without a company word (Inc, LLC, Corp, Co…). Owner and contact names, phone numbers
and mailing addresses, which this site never downloads.
